If you’ve ever wanted to add a word that you either heard of or created yourself, here’s a how to video on how to do it.
How to Add a Word and Definition:
On the Urban Dictionary page, there are a number of tabs you can select. In order to add a word and definition, you must first click on the second to last tab labeled “add.” Then you must answer a series of questions about the definition that will be explained below.
The first series of questions explain what the definition is. There are empty boxes for you to fill out that ask for the word, definition, example, and tags.
The second series of questions are about who you are. The boxes for you to fill out ask for your pseudonym (a name that a person or group assumes for a particular purpose that differs from your real name), your email, and an option to subscribe to the Urban word of the day.
